Mr. Patterson
has teamed up with Terry Ray to form the Ray Group. Dave
has been a licensed real estate professional for 22 years
and a Golf Property Specialist since 1987. He has been involved
in the North Scottsdale Market since 1980 when he was an
Assistant Golf Professional at Pinnacle Peak Country Club.
He has developed extensive databases that we update on a
daily basis to ensure we provide our buyers and sellers with
current information.
Dave is a Member of the Desert Mountain Club (1987). He holds
a B.S. in Business Administration (1980) and Masters of Business
Administration with specialization in Real Estate (1986)
from Arizona State University. Dave's
